Passes
Students must have a GREEN pass from
their teachers in order to visit the health clinic.
Dismissal
The school nurse will contact parent or legal guardian if the student needs
to go home. If neither is available a designated contact person from the
registration card will be contacted.
Medication
Students are prohibited form carrying prescribed or over-the-counter
medication/drugs of any kind on their person or stored in their lockers.
Medication required during the school day myst follow these guidelines.
1. All medication must be kept in the clinic.
2. Written permission from a parent or legal guardian must accompany each
medication.
3. All medication must be provided in the original container.
4. All medication must be delivered to the school by a parent or legal
guardian.
5. No medication is supplied by the school.
